What happens next

1. We call you back. As soon as a member of the team is free. The call comes from (832) 743-8434 — save it so you know it is us.
2. We book the free inspection. We agree a time that suits you, and you never need to go up on the roof yourself.
3. We inspect and photograph everything. Our inspector goes over the roof, documents what is actually wrong, and shows you the photos rather than asking you to take our word for it.
4. If water is getting in, we stop it first. The free temporary repair happens on that visit, before anything is agreed or paid for.
5. You get a straight estimate. Repair or replacement, what it costs, and whether it is an insurance claim. No paid work starts until you say so.
