R&S Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof after storm damage. Their representative, Lincoln, was incredibly helpful and stayed in close contact every step of the way. They coordinated with my insurance company to get the claim approved without any issues.

On the day of the job, R&S showed up right on time, finished the work quickly, and left the place spotless—something I can’t say for other roofers who’ve worked for some of my neighbors.

Plenty of reviews praise roofers for good service, so what makes R&S different? When everything goes smoothly, it’s easy for any company to look good. The real test of character is how they respond when something unexpectedly goes wrong, which can happen from time to time.

In my case, something did go wrong, though it wasn’t R&S’s fault. The morning after they replaced our roof, we noticed water running down a wall inside the house. Since it hadn’t rained, we knew it wasn’t a roof leak, but I had no idea where the water was coming from. I called R&S, and they responded right away. Remington, the owner, personally came over and suspected that a roofing nail had pierced a PEX water line in our attic. He explained that while this is extremely rare, it can happen, and assured us his crew would find and fix the problem.

It turned out our builder had mistakenly installed a PEX line right up against the decking in an inaccessible part of the attic. This was against code, but since it was hidden, there was no way to spot it. Unfortunately, one of the roofing nails nicked the water line, causing a leak. If that nail had been driven just half an inch in any other direction, there wouldn’t have been an issue.

R&S fixed the line and brought in a contractor to repair the water damage in the house. The contractor did an excellent job, restoring everything to like-new condition. R&S took care of it all and stood by their work.

R&S is easily the best company I’ve ever worked with - period.

I called after moving into my first home, and the roof needed serious work. Remington came out the same day and took the time to walk me through everything, including issues I never would have caught myself. No drawn-out sales pitch, no pressure, just honest and straightforward advice.

That was the biggest difference: I never felt like I was being sold. Remington worked with me over a few weeks to make sure everything made sense, and I ended up with a great deal after doing my own research.

Install day went just as smoothly. The crew showed up early, helped prep the area, and were respectful of my family while we were getting the kids out the door. During the job, Remington even showed me what was wrong with the old roof and explained how they were fixing it.

The final result looks fantastic, ventilation is finally correct, and I feel confident my home is properly protected.

We had an excellent experience with R&S Roofing, especially working with Remington.

He came quickly when we had a leak, inspected the roof, and even did an immediate temporary fix on the spot. He clearly explained the issues (loose shingles, rusted nails, etc.) and walked us through replacement options without any pressure. Since we were replacing the roof outside of insurance, it was important to find the right balance of quality and price, and he worked with us to make that happen.

The crew did a fantastic job; very professional and clearly experienced. They replaced the roof, repaired damaged wood panels from water infiltration, and completed everything in one day. The site was left perfectly clean, and the new roof looks great.

Remington even helped me fix a vent high on the side of the house that had been damaged.

It was time to renew our homeowner’s insurance policy for 2026. You can imagine how shocked we were when we saw the premium increased by almost $2000. Our roof was 15 years old, had some earlier repair work done and, additionally, the shingles had lost copious amounts of their granules. As a result, we decided to invest in a new roof. It was time! Jamil & Joseph were very informed on the ins and outs of filing a claim, meeting with our insurance inspector, walking us thru the process of selecting the best roof to compliment our brick, arriving at the crack of dawn with 17 hard working guys to move patio furniture, place drop cloths to protect shrubs, plywood to protect windows during replacement of 5000 sq ft roof and were finished with surfaces swept and furniture in place by 4:30.
