Almost every job here starts the same way — with an inspection, not a quote. Our inspector works through a written checklist covering soft metal and flashing, pipe jacks and boot collars, gutters and granular loss, shingle seals, and fastener and nailing patterns, then shows you the photographs. From there the honest answer is usually one of three things: a roof repair, a new roof, or a conversation about what your insurance will cover.
If the weather is what changed your roof, start with a storm damage assessment instead — hail, wind and hurricane damage each get documented differently for a claim. And if water is coming into the house right now, call us rather than filling anything in: we send someone out to make a free temporary repair that counters further water getting in, before anything is agreed or paid for.
