Our experienced crews never cut corners or recycle old vents and flashing (1 in 3 roofers re use homeowners current ventilation or pipe jack collars). This common trend causes unmitigated uninsured damage to the homeowners property. I have seen too many customers impacted by poor and improper installation to not have a system in place to ensure it never happens to a R&S customer.

We complete an entire tear off of the owner's current roof (removing all layers of underlayment, felt, and valley metal). Many roofers roof over old roof and felt in order to cut costs, which can cause long term damage to the homeowners property and void warranty.

We inspect bare decking for any rot or water penetration. We examine all valleys and common places where water breaches (surrounding HVAC, chimney, pipe jacks). And re-deck and secure properly to rafters.

A project manager will always be on site during a project from start to finish. A crew leader will always be on site to ensure our checklist is followed from the tear off to the final ridge placement.
